How SexiLuv.com works with artists:

Note to artists and Taggers - If you see an item of yours on SexiLuv - it may have gotten up here by accident - or somebody else contributed it - Please communicate using the process below, as SexiLuv is HAPPY to give you credit, where credit is due, or take it down if your claims are accurate. SexiLuv always respects other people's work! To submit graphics, please send to "pics at sexiluv dot com" email address. Send as an attachment, or send URL to the hosted image you wish to contribute. By submitting graphics or images you certify and testify that you have full and unfettered rights of redistribution of the item, or are the original copyright holder, and you grant to SexiLuv.com permanent, full, worldwide non-exclusive rights to display and distribute the image on this or any website to any internet surfer/user.

Also, SexiLuv has an established policy for how we deal with claims of CopyRight issues. In many cases, these claims prove upon investigation to be false. Many items come from submissions of users. Many items are in fact in public domain. In other cases, claims that derivative works - such as "tagging" an image (adding text, borders, glitter, etc.) - are "owned originals" are false. If you believe an item infringes a copyright - THAT YOU HOLD - please communicate your concern using the following process. Sexiluv accepts notifications of alleged copyright violations in accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (The text of the act can be found at http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/). Note that if you are not the actual copyright holder for the item in question, or are not a fully authorized copyright agent, or are merely a licensee or sub-licensee of the item in question yourself, you are not a valid claimant. Note that if you materially misrepresent a claim of copyright infringement, you will be liable for damages (incuding costs and attorney fees -- see http://www.onlinepolicy.org/action/legpolicy/opg_v_diebold/)

Sexiluv.com requires the following information in order to respond to your request:
Describe in detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon (for example, "The copyrighted work is the code that appears on http://www.example.com/thecode.html") Identify the material that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work listed in #1. Include relevant URLs that will allow us to identify the work. Your address, telephone number, and email address Include the following statement "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law." Include the following statement "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed." Sign the notification (Type your full name to sign it electronically if submitted via email). Send the notification to copyright at sexiluv dot com. Please use "Copyright Claim Request" as the subject of your email.
